Job Summary:

DTx is looking for a support technician, to join its Administrative and Financial Team, namely in tasks related to administrative management of human resources, direct support to government bodies and other general tasks.

 

Responsibilities:

– Technical support within the scope of recruitment activities and administrative management of human resources;

– Support with institutional promotion and dissemination activities and projects (e.g., job fairs, workshops, institutional visit sessions, etc.);

– Data processing and preparation of reports to assist the Executive Management’s decision-making;

– Support for general institutional and administrative activities.

 

Applicant’s profile and requirements:

– Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Exact Sciences, Natural Sciences, Management, Human Resources, Psychology, among others;

– More than 2 years of experience in roles like those mentioned in the previous point (not a mandatory requirement).

 

Other Requirements:

– Work experience in multicultural environments and excellent oral and written proficiency in both Portuguese and English;

– Knowledge of public research policies within the national and international scientific system;

– Proficiency in user-level computer skills.
