Applicant’s profile:

DTx is recruiting a PMO with a background in Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM), preferably holding a Bachelor’s or a Master’s Degree in Engineering and a major/certificate in projects management.

The PMO will be in charge of:

  • Monitoring and sharing, on a regular basis, the progress of the I&D projects in respect of the compliance with the technical, scientific, organisational, administrative and process deliverables;
  • Drafting, periodically, technical reports for the funding agency;
  • Providing support in assessing the organisational impact of the projects;
  • Assisting in the compliance with the framework, time and costs of the projects;
  • Identifying and providing support in the solving of issues and risks that might jeopardise the implementation of the projects.
  • Providing support in the organisation of technical and financial audits and in the auditor’s requests for clarification;
  • Providing support in the organisation of events related to the dissemination and sharing of the projects results.
  • Drafting the entire supporting documents for projects management;
  • Promoting teamwork spirit.


Preference shall be given to applicants who attest their experience in collaborative I&D projects management.


Admission requirements:

  • A minimum of three years’ experience in collaborative I&D projects management;
  • Educational qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree.
