DTx – Digital Transformation CoLab is a private non-profit organization with twenty participating entities. Three universities (involving 11 FCT R&D centres): Universidade do Minho, Universidade de Évora, and Universidade Católica Portuguesa; One international research laboratory: INL – International Iberian Nanotechnology Laboratory; One innovation centre: CEiiA – Centre of Engineering and Product Development; 13 companies: Bosch Car Multimedia, Accenture, IKEA, Embraer, Cachapuz-Bilanciai, Celoplás, ebankIT, Neadvance, NOS, Primavera, Simoldes, TMG Automotive, and WeDo; and two interface units as associated partners: CCG – Centro de Computação Gráfica and PIEP – Polo de Inovação em Engenharia de Polímeros. DTx was created to lead the digital transformation in organizations, processes and competences across the society and industry. Together with its associates, DTx aims to be a reference player in the development and industrialization of smart products, devices and applications, including cyber-physical systems.

Human Factors:
MSc in UXD/IXD focusing on sonification and productizing (ref. DTx/07/2019)*

Selection methods: The applications will be ordered based on curricular evaluation and interview The curricular evaluation follows three criteria: curricular path, scientific activity and professional experience. In all three criteria it will be taken in consideration the adequacy of the applicant profile to the skills that are included in this NOTICE and in the Colab’s R&D agenda. The intention to attend or the attendance of a PhD programme for applicants with a Master’s degree in areas related to the Colab’s R&D agenda will be valued.

Work plan: The activities to be carried out will be based on the technological development work/R&D activities foreseen in the Colab Plan of Activities and Roadmap.

Form of advertising/notification of results: The final results will be sent to all applicants by email.

Type of contract: DTx offers 2 year contracts in qualified employment (renewable, depending on a positive evaluation), governed by the Labour Code, approved Law no. 7/2009 of February 12, under its current version and other applicable laws and regulations.

Monthly salary: The monthly salary and other associated conditions will be fixed on a case-by-case basis, and according to the competitive remuneration values practiced at DTx, the qualifications of the candidates and their relevant skills.

Workplace: DTx facilities in Guimarães/Braga, Matosinhos and Évora; DTx associates’ facilities
