André Matos, representing DTx – Digital Transformation CoLAB, the entity that chairs the FCoLAB, attended the meeting that brought together the Forum’s Board with the Ministério da Educação, Ciência e Inovação
and the Ministry of Economy and Territorial Cohesion, as part of the consultation process with various entities from the Scientific, Technological and Innovation System, for the presentation of the draft bill for the future Agency for Research and Innovation (AI2).
During this process, FCoLAB was invited to present its opinion, contributing suggestions and observations aimed at strengthening the Agency’s role as a driving force behind the strategic vision for the future of research and innovation in Portugal. The proposed activities of the future Agency represent a renewed ambition for the country’s scientific and technological development.
As a member chairing the FCoLAB Board, DTx reiterates its full availability to collaborate with the Government in the continuous improvement of Science, Research and Innovation in Portugal, in the service of progress, competitiveness and society, strengthening an ecosystem that aims to be stronger, more coordinated and results-oriented.
